<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically process and evaluate various pieces of machining information, and to automatically vary and set processed machining information when the evaluation does not satisfy a given condition. SOLUTION: This automatic processing and evaluating device for machining information comprises a processing portion deciding part 1 to draw a machining region from a product shape and a blank shape and decide a machining shape; a tool deciding part 2 having at least one of a tool selection part 21 to select a tool to machine in a decided machining shape and a tool designing part 22 to design a tool; a machining condition deciding part 3 to produce a tool locus and decide a machining condition for a selected or designed tool; a machining time calculating part 4 to produce a tool locus and calculate a machining time from a decided machining condition and produced tool locus; and a feedback processing part 5 to automatically correct at least one of all pieces of machining information decided by the deciding parts 1, 2 and 3 and the machining time calculating part 4 so that a calculated machining time is adjusted to a target value, and effect feedback of the machining information to the machining time calculating part 4.</p> |
