<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To barrier noises generated from an aeration means and to decrease possibility of giving adverse effect to the surrounding environment by the noises of surface aeration by providing a floating body so as to surround the aeration means. SOLUTION: In order to arrange a water quality clarification apparatus 1 on the surface 3 of water, solar light is received by a solar battery panel 8 to supply electric power to a motor 15 and the motor 15 is driven to rotate a propeller 14. Therefore, it is possible to dissolve oxygen in a natural water region 2 by beating the surface of water by means of the propeller and activities of microorganisms in the water to clarify the water quality. In addition, aquatic plants attach alive on fibrous material 10 arranged on the outer edge part 5b of a floating body 5, and these aquatic plants absorb eutrophication substances such as nitrogen and phosphorus contents to prevent recontamination of the water quality.</p> |
