<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ionic compound, solving the low productivity of a conventional method for producing the ionic compound, especially a method for exchanging with a counterion, and efficiently producing the ionic compound such as a dye. SOLUTION: This method for producing an ionic compound comprises adding a desired ion to the aqueous solution or suspension of an ionic compound preferably having one or more ionic water-soluble groups, and subsequently dialyzing the aqueous solution or suspension through a porous separation material to replace the ion by the counter ion and simultaneously remove the unnecessary ion. The ionic water-soluble group includes sulfo group, carboxyl group, phosphate group and primary to quaternary amino groups.</p> |
