PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the draining property of decomposition water by lessening the clogging of water flow holes. SOLUTION: An agitating section 43 has a function to agitate microorganism carriers 31 and crude refuse and is adapted to scrape the microorganism carriers 31 and crude refuse near the water flow holes 16a of punching metals 16. The agitating section 43 is so inclined as to act force upward from a horizontal direction on the microorganism carriers 31 and crude refuse near drain holes 16a for the decomposition water. As a result, the microorganism carriers 31 and crude refuse deposited above the drain holes 16a for the decomposition water are scraped by the agitating section 43, by which the clogging of the drain holes 16a for the decomposition water is prevented. Further, the opening planes of the plural drain holes 16a for the decomposition water are formed as circular arc planes concentric with the loci of rotation of the agitating section 43 and, therefore, the agitating section 43 turns while having the same clearances as the opening planes at all times. The clogging of the drain holes 16a for the decomposition water is thus effectively lessened over the entire area of the opening planes. |
