PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the form processing die and the form processing method which enables to stably obtain an excellent formability of an aluminum plate by defining the die shape suitable to the aluminum plate forming. SOLUTION: A hold down bar 2 having a pressing face 2a opposing to a pressing face 1a of a die 1 is arranged movable vertically. On the die 1 and the wrinkle holddown bar 2, a hole 3 of the same axis and the same diameter is arranged and a cylindrical shape punch 4 is also arranged to be movable in the hole 3 vertically. Furthermore, on the pressing face 1a of the die 1, a circular groove 6 of the same axis as the hole 3 is formed. When a plate thickness of the plate to be formed is t, a width of the groove 6 is t or (5×t), and a depth is (0.1×t) or (0.5×t).
