PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition having high dielectric constant, high Q value and small and stable temperature dependence of dielectric constant by including at least La, Al, Sr and Ti as metallic elements at respectively specific ratios and further including other metallic elements. SOLUTION: This ceramic composition contains at least La, Al, Sr and Ti as metallic elements at molar ratios satisfying the following formulas 0.2194<a<=0.4500, 0.2194<b<=0.4500, 0.1000<=c<=0.4610 and 0.1000<=d<=0.4610 (a+b+c+d=1) when the compositional formula of the metallic elements is expressed by aLa2 O3 .bAl2 O3 .cSrO.dTiO2 and further contains <=7.0 pts.wt. (in terms of oxide based on 100 pts.wt. of the above main component) of at least one kind of Ce, Nb, Ta, Y, Zr, V, Cr, Mo, W, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sn, Bi, B and Si as subsidiary metallic elements. |
