PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device in which resource can be reused and operation noise is reduced and an image forming device with it. SOLUTION: This blowing device 34 consists of a cooling fan 35, a duct 36 for guiding wind generated by the cooling fan 35, an elastic deformable locking part 37 which is formed at a part of the duct 36 and locks the cooling fan 35, and a projection 38, mass adding means, for locally adding mass is provided near the lock part 37 of the duct 36. In addition, the image forming device attaches the blowing device 34 adjacent to at least an image forming means or an anchor means. |
