PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a sand by applying a heat treatment to a casting, with which a sand core material is adhered by fully burning the sand core binder portion in a furnace wherein an air from a pressurization source is passing through the sand collected into the furnace. SOLUTION: Sand and a sand core part are dropped to a hopper inlet 33, and the sand is collected in the hopper 30 towards a hopper outlet 35. An exhaust air from a heater oxygenated and heated is discharged from an end part of a fluidization equipment 40 of a fluidization introduction pipe. When a sand level becomes higher than that of the end portion of the fluidization equipment 40, the fluidization is started. The exhaust air oxygenated and heated fluidizes a part of the sand core lying at above the end of the fluidization equipment 40. A sand portion contacts with an abrasion disc 90, drops towards the fluidization equipment 40 and whereat is further fluidized. Burning of the binder is accelerated during this processing. The fluidization equipment 40 accelerates the burning by supplying a high temperature and oxygenated atmosphere. |
