PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bear reaction surely by a gripper while easily executing the expansion of a tunnel liner when the earth pressure of a bedrock is particularly high in a method of TBM(a tunnel boring machine) construction. SOLUTION: The tunnel liner 10 is composed of gripper sections, to which grippers disposed on both sides of the tunnel left-right direction are abutted, general sections connected at the upper end lower ends of the gripper sections 11 through hinges 14 respectively and an expansion section 13 mounted on one 12C of the general sections and used for expanding width. A plurality of main girders curved along the inner circumference of a tunnel are juxtaposed in the tunnel axial direction to the gripper sections 11 and the general sections, skin plates, in which both edge sections are joined with both main girders respectively, are mounted among the main girders, and the skin plates set up to the general sections are formed of a steel plate having a corrugated-shaped tunnel- axis rectangular cross section. |
