The motorised control device (1) is attached to the mobile leaf (8) of a door. A mobile component (2) is linked by a rod (3) to a bracket (5) which is attached to the frame of the door or window. This allows the mobile leaf to be opened or closed by the movement of the mobile component inside the housing of the control device. The device uses a low voltage electricity supply and controls the speed of movement.
