PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the tin peelability as well as coating material adhesion and film adhesion and weldability in a tinned steel sheet produced by electrically precipitating tin partially for the face of the steel sheet by tinning. SOLUTION: This is a tinned steel sheet in which the surface of the ferrite of the steel sheet is applied with tinning coating formed in such a manner that granular tin is directly adhered, in which, as for the granular tin composing the tinning coating, the average grain size is regulated to 0.2 to 5.0μm, the lower layer side including the boundary with the ferrite is composed of tin-iron alloy layer, the upper layer side is composed of a pure tin layer, the content of tin in the tin-iron alloy layer is regulated to 50 to 500 mg/m<2> , the content of tin in the pure tin layer is regulated to >=300 mg/m<2> , the total weight of the tinning is regulated to <=2000 mg/m<2> , and the tinning coating has a form in which tinning coated parts and tinning noncoated parts are coexistent on the face of the ferrite by uncontinuously applying the ferrite face with the granular tin.
