PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight, improve housing performance, and provide environmental resistance and low gas permeability by setting gas permeability of a textile to a specific value, and setting gas permeability after a series of ageing processing composed of a high temperature, wet heat and a low temperature lower than gas permeability before ageing. SOLUTION: Gas permeability of a textile is set not more than 20 L/dm<2> /min when measured by test differential pressure 500 Pa, and gas permeability after a series of ageing processing composed of a high temperature, wet heat and a low temperature, is set lower than gas permeability before ageing. A synthetic fiber textile used for the textile is desirably formed by particularly using polyamide fiber as an essential component, and sulfuric acid relative viscosity is set to 2.7 to 4.7 from the viewpoint of a strong ductility characteristic and operability as raw yarn, and the amino end group concentration is desirably set to 2.0 to 7.5×10<-5> mol/g. The polyamide fiber is desirably drawing yarn, and single yarn fineness is set to 2 to 8 denier, and total fineness is desirably set to 100 to 600 denier.
