PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair regenerating and growing composition manifesting clear hair-growing activities. SOLUTION: This hair generating and growing composition is the one separated from each of yolk, albumen and eggshell, or the one containing a rice vinegar solution of eggs comprising at least one kind selected from a group of yolk, albumen and eggshell, which are constituting parts of the egg, and the whole egg with the eggshell, and rice vinegar, as an active ingredient. The prevention and treatment of the degrease of the hair is carried out by the hair-growing activities of the composition. |
