PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair the crack of concrete in an inconspicuous surface state by rubbing a super hardening cement in a powder state over the whole length of the crack in the surface layer of the concrete and impregnating the cement with water to harden the cement. SOLUTION: This method for repairing a concrete crack comprises rubbing a super hardening cement in a powder state in a crack surface layer portion excluding a site where a tool for injecting an injecting material is attached, impregnating the applied cement with water, attaching the injection tool to the prescribed site, and subsequently injecting an injecting material into the crack through the injection tool. The injecting material comprises a mixture of ultra fine particles with a polymer emulsion. A polymer for the polymer emulsion includes styrene-butadiene polymer, acrylic polymers, epoxy polymers and vinyl acetate polymers. The super hardening cement includes a cement having a fineness expressed by a Blaine value of >=4,000 cm<2> /g, a coagulation time of <=15 min and a light gray color. The method is applied to the repair of foundation continuous footing concrete. |
