The flanges (22,23) near their free end edges are connected by bolts and are located at a distance from the basic body (20). One bolt head supports directly or indirectly on the one flange and a threaded outer end is directly or indirectly screwed into the other flange. One of the flanges on its surface turned away from the other flange is provided with a gutter (26) parallel to the free end edge. In the gutter fits a body part of a yoke-shaped closure piece which further is provided with two leg parts which extend part the body part to the other flange. Each leg part is provided with a hole to accommodate a bolt.
