PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an uptake of Bacillus bifidus in a hard candy, although it was impossible to include Bacillus bifidus in a hard candy since the molding temperature of the hard candy rises extremely high. SOLUTION: Capsulated Bacillus bifidus 2 is sealed as a diluted material 4 diluted with powder 3 of a saccharide or a sugar alcohol in a main body 1 in this hard candy. This method for producing the hard candy comprises dropping the temperature of the shell of a candy adjusted to a proper taste to 100-80 deg.C. Capsulated Bacillus bifidus made into a diluted material diluted with powder of a saccharide or a sugar alcohol is introduced into the center of the shell dropped in temperature under pressure by a center powder machine. On and after that, the candy is conventionally formed, punched and cooled to give a candy having sealed an alcohol. |
