摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure traveling performance as much as possible while stability is not reduced and surely prevent a reduction in stability by properly regulating the swinging of an axle according to stability in the lateral direction of a vehicle during turning in a loaded state. SOLUTION: A rear wheel axle 17 is supported on a car body so as to be swung within a roll surface, the swinging of the rear wheel axle 17 against the vehicle body is regulated, and based on a yaw rate changing rate determining value set for a yaw rate at the time of turning, the swinging of the rear wheel axle 17 during turning is temporarily regulated. In a low stable state where the stability of a vehicle in the lateral direction of the vehicle during turning in a loaded state is mutually low, the swinging of the rear wheel axle 17 is regulated based on a yaw rate changing rate determining value set to a value lower than that of a state where stability is in a high stable state higher than the low stability state.</p>
