The tie-rod (1) has a bracing part (4) fitting into a hole, and a threaded profile (5) cooperating with an organic and or inorganic compound filler in the hole. The threaded profile is in the form of a coarse thread with thread-pitch (s) diminishing constantly or in steps from the front end (6) of the tie-rod to the back part (2). The thread pitch of the coarse thread is nil in the part (43)next to the back part. The coarse thread has a radial thread depth (t) diminishing constantly or in steps from the front end to the back. The front end is joined to the top part (7) which has a wedge-shaped point (8).
