<p>The invention concerns a device for a motor vehicle running flat designed to be mounted clamped on a standard rim (12) with side edges (16) maintaining the tyre beads (18), characterised in that it consists of at least two coaxial ring-shaped parts (22, 24) fitting into each other, the radially inner part being made of a relatively rigid material and forming an open ring around the rim; the radially outer rim being made of an elastically deformable base material and comprising a single-piece continuous ring enclosing the radially inner ring-shaped part (22) and having an internal diameter substantially equal or greater than the rim side edge (16) external diameter.</p> |
