The invention concerns a method for making a multielement sonoprobe, which consists in using a flexible circuit (11) comprising strip conductors (Pi) on at least one of its surfaces, assembling said circuit on a plate made of piezoelectric material (13) (comprising metallized tabs) (Mi), producing via holes through the flexible circuit to direct said metallized tabs (Mi) and producing contacts at the vias. The invention is applicable in probes used in earth resource survey. |
