Has at least a rule with a decimal base logarithmic scale (1) which is linked to a scale support (2) graduated in values corresponding directly to monetary conversion values. Two indexes (4,5), carried on a movable index support (3) related to the scale (2), are separated by a constant length (l) corresponding to the logarithmic conversion coefficient for the two monetary values for conversion. The logarithmic scale (1) is linear and the scale support (2) is a prismatic rule. The support index (3) is a cursor which has an interior prismatic shape complementary to that of the rule (2) and which slides with respect to it.
