Molded article, made of synthetic resin which comprises 5-15% by weight of nephrite jade powder characterised as cryptocrystalline tremolite of beta <18>0 based on the total weight of the resin, is new. An Independent claim is provided for the manufacture of a molded article made of a synthetic resin comprising adding 5-15 % by weight naphrite jade powder of particle size 100-350 mesh to the resin raw material.
