The aim of the invention is to make cooking vessels which operate with overpressure safer and more convenient to use. To this end, a remote-controllable device for releasing steam is provided, comprising a remote control (3) with a transmitting device, a receiving device (13, 47, 48, 49), said receiving device being located on the remote-controllable device and being allocated to the transmitting device, an actuator (14, 50) which is connected to the receiving device, and an energy supply device (15, 56) by which means the receiving device and the actuator are supplied. At least one control member (8, 40) for releasing an opening of the cooking vessel can be actuated by the actuator. |
