Between the inner pipe (2) and the outer pipe (1) are several distance holders (3). Fitted to the outer pipe is a retention ring (4). A first slotted ring component (5) has a rib section (6) inwardly directed between the corrugations of the outer pipe. The first ring component is fixable in an axial direction in the first retention ring. A second retention ring (9) for the inner pipe has distributed air inlet apertures over its periphery. A second slotted ring component (10) has a rib section (11) which is inwardly directed between the corrugations of the inner pipe. It can be fitted axially in the axial direction of the second retention ring and radially fixed by it.
