A method for storage and transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG), substantially comprising nitrogen and methane, in a tank (2) wherein LNG decoction is obtained. The decoction is taken from the tank (2) and the pressure of the decoction is increased, whereupon the decoction is cooled in a cooler (20) to a temperature of between the condensation temperature for the methane and the nitrogen. Only condensed methane is returned to the tank (2). A device for implementation of the method. |
