Machine for cutting silage bales

The device (1) consists of an L- or U-shaped frame (2) with cutting blades (10a,10b,11a,11b) attached at the bottom to both of the swivel mounted arms (3). Two vertically positioned power transfer units (15) join the cutting blades of the arms to the cutting unit at the bottom of the frame by means of pushing rods (14) for cutting the silage into bales. A guide (18) attached to the cutting blade mountings keep them parallel.
