Door strip for wood cladding of steel door frames

A profiled section (50) is used to fit the wooden cladding (45, 46) such as veneered chipboard plates on the steel frame (44). The rebate cladding (53) is held by a device and a recess is provided in this cladding to take up a clamping element (2) which holds the rod-like holders (5, 6) which run at right angles through a pivot (4) and are connected to same. The holders are held through bores in the clamping element which run inclined to the end side (62) of the cladding. At least one bore runs from the second side of the cladding inclined into same and adjoins a bore of the clamping element.
