ARPEGGIO SOUNDING DEVICE, AND MEDIUM RECORDED WITH PROGRAM FOR CONTROLLING ARPEGGIO SOUNDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a sounding of arpeggios having plentiful power of expression by raising the function of the arpeggio of an electronic musical instrument. SOLUTION: Plural arpeggio patterns and plural groove patterns are stored in a ROM. Two arpeggio patterns are selected and also groove patterns are selected by being made to correspond to respective arpeggio patterns. Timings and data of respective arpeggio patterns are changed by corresponding groove patterns to be stored in a RAM as first and second changed arpeggio patterns. An arpeggio key area is set in a keyboard. Note nimbers of keys pressed in the arpeggio key area are assigned with key numbers. Then, musical sounds of two arpeggios are sounded by reading out data of the first and second changed arpeggio patterns by an interrupt processing and by deciding pitches of sound based on note numbers corresponding to respective key numbers.
