PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll type thermal transfer image receiving sheet, in which an image is formed at a desired position in a correct direction when a mark for post card and the like exists or a half-cut is formed by a seal type image receiving sheet, upon printing by a printer, mounting the roll type thermal transfer image receiving sheet. SOLUTION: A detecting mark 2 is provided on a margin part 3 of a thermal transfer image receiving sheet, which is cut and removed after finishing printing, whereby the detecting mark 2 is read by a printer to superpose various kinds of colors. In this case, the deviation of color in the thermal transferred image or positional deviation between the printed picture and a printing part 5, such as postal number and the like, or a half cut can be prevented. On the other hand, when the detecting mark 2 is read to cut the roll type thermal transfer image receiving sheet 1, on which the picture is formed already, into a desired size, mismatching between the cutting position of the roll type thermal transfer image receiving sheet 1 and the printed image, mark 5 for post card or the position of half cut can be prevented. |
