PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution, and to enhance the assembling property, the shielding property and the connecting reliability in a connector. SOLUTION: In a shielded connector for connecting the braid of a shielded electric wire 1 to a metal case of an appliance, a connector housing 10 comprising a bracket 11 for directly fixing to the metal case of the appliance and a cylindrical main body is formed with a metal, and a conductive, cylindrical short-circuiting piece 20 is caulked on the braid 1C of a shielded electric wire 1 for connection, and when the shielded electric wire 1 is inserted into the connector housing 10, the short-circuiting piece 20 comes in contact with the connector housing 10 to electrically connect and fix them.
