PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front surface plate of a display panel, such as PDP (plasma display panel), which is excellent in terms of antireflection, electromagnetic wave cutting and IR cutting, capable of making screen display with a good see-through characteristics, hardly soiled, suitable for mass production in manufacture, and low in the cost for manufacture. SOLUTION: The surface on the observer side of a transparent base material 110 is provided with a first antireflection film 120 via a tacky adhesive layer 151 and the surface of the base material 110 on the side opposite to the observer side surface is successively disposed with a filter film 130 for electromagnetic wave shielding which does not cut near IR and a second antireflection film 140 respectively via tacky adhesive layers (adhesive layers) 153 to 155. The first antireflection film 120 and the second antireflection film 140 are formed by respectively laminating transparent plastic films 121, 141 consisting of a base, hard-coating layers 123, 143, antireflection layers 125, 145 and contaminationproof layers 127, 147 successively from the transparent base material 110 side. The filter film 130 is constituted by laminating a near IR cutting layer 131, a transparent plastic film 133 and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 135 successively from the transparent base material 110 side. |
