摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an arbitrary pressure differential between the wheel cylinder and the master cylinder pressures, relating to a brake fluid pressure control device that generates a higher wheel cylinder pressure than the master cylinder pressure. SOLUTION: This control device has a master cut-off valve 28 installed in the route connecting a master cylinder 18 and wheel cylinders 48, 50. A pump 70 for supplying high pressure brake fluid is installed between the master cut-off valve 28 and the wheel cylinders 48, 50. When the wheel cylinder pressure is required to be higher than the master cylinder pressure, an inlet valve 72 is opened and the pump 70 is activated. The master cut-off valve 28 is duty- controlled based on the target pressure differential that should generate between the master cylinder and the wheel cylinder pressures.
