<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal which makes data exchangeable among plural information terminals through a much easier, intuitive and uniform procedure regardless of machine type. SOLUTION: The plural portable information terminals are joined so as to be seemed like one terminal and data are exchanged among the portable information terminals by an editing (copy or paste) function prepared at the portable information terminal in standard manner. More in details, this terminal has a connector for connecting the plural portable information terminals, connection detecting part for detecting whether the portable information terminal is connected to the connector or not, and editing data exchange part 12 for updating an editing data storage part 21 and exchanging editing data in order to equalize the contents in the editing data storage parts of all the portable information terminals connected by the connector when the editing data in the editing data storage part are updated.</p> |
