<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a percutaneous patch material exhibiting excellent transcutaneous absorbability, keeping the concentration in blood and useful as an antithrombic agent by providing a plaster layer containing a specific diketopiperazine derivative, urea, polyethylene glycol, etc. SOLUTION: This patch material is produced by laminating a substrate such as a polyester substrate having a thickness of preferably 5-200μm with a plaster layer containing (A) a 2,3-diketopiperazine derivative of the formula [R<1> is a (protected) amidino; R<2> is H or a carboxyl-protecting group; A and Y are each a (substituted) lower alkylene; B is O, CONH, etc.; the dotted line is single bond, etc.], (B) urea, (C) polyethylene glycol and/or polypropylene glycol and (D) a nitrogen-containing polymer coating agent. The amounts of the components A, B, C and D are preferably 0.1-12 wt.%, 2-10 wt.%, 2.5-15 wt.% and 1-10 wt.%, respectively. The patch material exhibits excellent transcutaneous absorbability even to persons of middle or advanced age having increased barrier function of the horny layer.</p> |
