<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adsorption performance by a method wherein condensation of heating steam is inhibited, while a proper superheated condition can be provided easily and surely corresponding to the size of a gas adsorption element when an adsorbed component is removed by desorption using a superheated steam. SOLUTION: A gas feed pipe and a solvent recovery pipe are provided in an adsorption tower in which a gas adsorption element A is provided, and an exhaust pipe and a steam feed pipe 8 to feed superheated steam for desorption of solvent, and the element A is comprised of a cylindrical activated carbon fiber 7. And the pipe 8 is supported in a cylindrical body 3 supporting the fiber 7, and the forward end of the pipe 8 is opened in a space S surrounded by the fiber 7 and in the space S, a heat exchanger 32 is provided for the pipe 8 to superheat a heating steam flowing in the pipe 8.</p> |
