PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss caused by the flow of a horizontal deflection current by making a voltage applied between both ends of a horizontal deflecting coil have an absolute value equivalent to the sum of the absolute value of a voltage acquired between both ends of a 2nd coil and the absolute value of a voltage acquired between both ends of a 1st coil.
