<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a gap between electromagnetic shield and the inner wall of a tank and miniaturize the tank, by fixing on the inner wall of the tank in intermediary of spacers. The electromagnetic shield constituted of electric conductor which covers the periphery of an air-core coil accommodated in the tank and is arranged between the tank and the inner wall via a gap. SOLUTION: A tank 12 is constituted of a circular bottom plate 13, a lid plate 14 and a cylindrical trunk body 15. The lower surface of an air-core coil is fixed on a discoidal retaining table 14 fixed on the central part of the bottom plate 13, interposing four retaining members 4. Every four spacers 17 are protruded on the upper and the lower parts of the inner wall of the trunk body 15 at equal intervals. Bolts 18 penetrate electromagnetic shield 7 from the inside of the electromagnetic shield 7 positioned in the trunk body 15 via washers 19 and plane washers 20, are screwed in thread holes of the spacers 17, and fix the electromagnetic shield 7 on the inner wall of the body 15 via the spacers 17. A gap 21 between the electromagnetic shield 7 and the inner wall of the trunk body 15 is reduced.</p> |
