PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent flavor and taste by feeding hot water in a tank into a container and forcedly convecting tea leaves with a stirring bar away from the shaft of a rotary body. SOLUTION: A start button is pressed to energize a heater 11 to heat water within a tank 10 and the temperature of hot water 12 within the tank is kept near a boiling temperature by a temperature sensor. A control part energizes a hot water feeding pump 14 and hot water 12 is fed into a container 1 as hot water 28 through a hot water feeding pipe 15. At the time of judging the quantity of the hot water 28 to be proper, the control part energizes a motor 26. As a result, a rotary body 20 is rotated to rotate the stirring bar 25 at a position away from the shaft. In hot water 28 within the container 1, jumping made by the forced convection 30 and 31 of the tea leaves 29 is generated by the rotation of the bar 25. By this forced convection, the tea leaves 29 are sufficiently soaked in hot water 28 to open shrunk leaves large to effectively extract its extract components. As the result, tea liquid with the excellent taste and flavor is generated. |
