PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform sheet by providing a heat radiation preventive unit covering a sheet winding portion at a sheet winding portion of a calender roll at an output side of a bank, thereby preventing occurrence of a temperature difference between both side surfaces of the sheet during forming. SOLUTION: An endless belt 17 is wrapped between a plurality of rolls 14 to 16, and heat radiation preventing units 12, 13 having contact parts 18, 19 are constituted between the rolls 14 and 15. Further, heaters 22, 23 such as heatable heaters are mounted on belt return parts 20, 21 between the rolls 15 and 16 and between the rolls 16 and 14 and both side surfaces of the belt 17. The units 12, 13 are disposed approachably and separably movably by opposing the parts 18, 19 to sheet winding parts 10, 11 of calender rolls 3, 4, and position regulating units 24, 25 are connected so as to be approachably and separably movably and urging force adjustably to the rolls 3, 4 corresponding to the units 12, 13. Further, a moving speed of the belt 17 can be regulated. |
