摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film having each specific planar orientation degree and thermal property, excellent in heat resistance and thermocompression bonding effect at low temperatures, and capable of giving laminated metallic plates of excellent formability and processability and also giving cans of high impact resistance, by including a polyethylene terephthalate(PET)-based polyester, a polybutylene terephthalate(PBF)-based polyester, and a polyarylate. SOLUTION: This film is obtained from a resin composition comprising (A) PET or a polyester predominant therein, (B) PBT or a polyester predominant therein, and (C) a polyarylate. This film has the following characteristics: the content of the component C is 5-40 wt.%, planar orientation degree is 0.08-0.16, there are two or more melting points derived from the resin composition only within the temperature range 200-250 deg.C, and such a thermal property as to be 25-45 J/g in the sum of the heat of fusion [ΔHm] derived from the crystal portion in the resin composition is satisfied.</p>
