摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a self-sharpening effect by forming a recording layer, a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the recording layer, and a heat flow controlling layer comprising a material having high thermal conductivity and a material having low thermal conductivity on the surface of the dielectric layer. SOLUTION: The heat flow controlling layer consists of a thermal response accelerating layer 34 having high thermal conductivity and a thermal compensating layer 32 having low thermal conductivity, and preferably the thermal response accelerating layer 34 is formed on the thermal compensating layer 32. The thermal compensating layer 32 consists of one of ZnS-SiO2 , Si, SiN and SiO2 and the thermal response accelerating layer 34 preferably consists of either Al or Au. The thermal compensating layer 32 buffers the conducted heat between the recording layer 25 and the thermal response accelerating layer 34 to compensate the temp. of the recording layer 26 when the temp. of the thermal response accelerating layer 34 rapidly increases or decreases. The thermal response accelerating layer 34 rapidly increases the temp. in the recording layer 25 and rapidly decreases the temp. of the recording layer 26 during recording.
