PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interest for learning from being reduced caused by the time required to search for an explanation when the explanation for a question is provided for every correspondence unit by a video tape. SOLUTION: In the method, an answer generated by a student side with respect to a question provided by a correspondence source is converted into electronic signals and transferred back to the source through a communication channel. The source corrects the answer transmitted from the student, transfers the corrected answer back to the student side through the channel and the student reviews the corrected answer. During the above processes, the source adds a retrieving mark M1 to the answer which requires an explanation. The mark M1 is provided with retrieving data that are required to access the database in which explanations are accumulated while conducting the correction processes for the answers. When the student selects a desired retrieving mark M1, the student can look through the explanation for the answer from the database based on the retrieving data. |
