PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle radio equipment that is easily mounted on a vehicle without giving damages thereto with safety. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle radio equipment, a radio equipment main body 1 and an antenna 2 connecting thereto via a cable 3 are covered by an outer shell 4 freely deformed. The outer shell 4 is made of an elastic base stock such as a urethane rubber, a butyl rubber and a silicon rubber and has a hollow part 7 in its inside. In the case of using actually the on-vehicle radio equipment, the equipment is pushed into an acute angle part between a front glass 8 and a dash board 9. Then the outer shell 4 and the hollow part 7 are deformed in matching with the shape of the acute angle part, and the outer shell 4 comes closely in contact with the front glass 8 and the dash board 9. The deformed outer shell 4 produces a repulsive force, thereby producing a friction force between it and the front glass 8 and the dash board 9 to fix the entire equipment. |
