PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient magnetic shield effects for a strong magnetic field, by using an oxide superconductor having a specific composition, and forming a magnetic shield material having a critical current density of a specific value or more. SOLUTION: A magnetic shield material is formed by using a Bi-based 2223 phase oxide superconductor, which is Bi2 Sr2 Ca2 Cu3 Ox or Bi2 PbSr2 Ca2 Cu3 Ox or mixture of them. The shielding material has an excellent critical current density of 2000 A/cm<2> or more. As a result, a shield material suitable for magnetic shield in a strong magnetic field of 100-1000 G is obtained. A board material or a structure such as laminate and assembly composed of the board material are formed by using the magnetic shield material. The thickness of the board material is 0.1 mm or more due to the structural strength requirement, and is suitably 1 mm or more to obtain sufficient magnetic shield effects. |
