PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a liquid in which a plurality of kinds of solutes are dissolved and continuously supply the liquid to a succeeding process. SOLUTION: In the device for dissolving a plurality of kinds of solutes into a predetermined solvent, a solute feed part 2 for feeding a solute and an agitating device 3 for agitating a solvent in each dissolving tank 1 are provided in each of a predetermined number of dissolving tanks 1. The tanks 1 are connected in series, a liquid feed pump 4 being interposed between the adjacent tanks. A solvent feed part 5 is provided for the first dissolving tank 1b of the tanks 1 to feed a solvent. A dissolved liquid delivery pump 6 is provided for the last dissolving tank 1c to send the final dissolved liquid, in which a plurality of kinds of solutes are dissolved in the solvent, to a succeeding process. |
