PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation stably preservable without leaving air in a container, free from precipitation, enabling the reduction of the size of the preparation and useful as a prefilled syringe preparation and bag preparation, etc., of carcinostatic agent by packing the preparation in an oxygen- permeable plastic container. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution of carboplatin having a concentration of preferably 0.1-20 mg/mL is charged into an oxygen-permeable plastic container having an oxygen permeability coefficient of >=0.5×10<-17> m<2> /Pa.sec at 50 deg.C in an amount of >=50 vol.% based on the total inner volume of the container. Preferably, the container is made of polymethylpentene, polypropylene, etc., and has a shape of prefilled syringe, bag, etc., an inner volume of 5-100 mL and a wall thickness of about 0.1-2 mm. The preparation is preferably administered together with usually 250-500 mL of an infusion solution and the amount of carboplatin is 150-450 mg/dose per single treatment.
