<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the equipage load of workers by enabling them to confirm the charging/power failure state of a power cable, without requiring voltage detectors by providing a means which notifies the workers of the charging/non- charging state of the cable of the cable. SOLUTION: During normal operation, only a power switch SW1 is set to a 'closed' state, and electricity is supplied to a Darlington-type composite transistor T from a battery E. When a power cable is charged with electricity (voltage is applied across the cable), a DC input voltage generated by means of a diode D, and a smoothing capacitor C3 is inputted to the base terminal of the transistor T, and the transistor T becomes conducting. Consequently, a driving current flows to a flashing light-emitting diode LED and the diode LED repeats flashing light emission. Since the diode LED repeats the flashing light emission when the power cable is charged with electric power, workers can confirm the charging/power failure state of the power cable by only confirming the presence/absence of the flashing light emission.</p> |
