<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically strengthen a roof copper plate, and reduce a cost by forming plywood by arranging a steel plate on the reverse of a copper plate by soldering or an adhesive, or arranging a dissimilar metallic plate on the reverse side of the copper plate. SOLUTION: While spraying a mist flux 3 and powder solder 4 between a copper plate 1 and a galvanized sheet iron 2, they are wound while bringing them into pressure contact with each other by a heating roller 5 and a pressurizing roller 5. Or while spraying an adhesive between the copper plate 1 and the galvanized sheet iron 2, they are wound while bringing them into pressure contact with each other by a pressure contact roller. A mold such as a metallic roof tile is simultaneously molded by performing an adhesive between the copper plate 1 and a dissimilar metallic plate at molding time, or is adhered by being put together after molding. Workability is improved by sticking them together by putting the copper plate 1 on the obverse and a steel plate on the reverse, and a durable copper plate roof can be laid. Therefore, it is useful for saving a cost and resources to finish a strong copper layering roof as well as to apply paint with every several years differently from color galvanized sheet iron.</p> |
