PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the improvement of the oxidation resistance, the prevention of hydrogen embrittlement and the reduction of cost by forming oxidation resistant coating film composed of plural coating layers on the surface of the base material of metallic parts and forming a lower coating layer by plating it with Pd. SOLUTION: As the base material 1, e.g. an Ni base alloy is used, and the oxidation resistant coating film 4 is formed of a Pd layer 2 as the lower coating layer and an MCrAlY layer 3 as the upper coating layer. The Pd layer 2 is formed to a thickness of 3 to 15 μm by plating the surface of the base material 1 with Pd, and the thickness of oxidation resistant coating film 4 of the Pd layer 2 and the MCrAlY layer 3 is regulated to 10 to 100 μm. The MCrAlY layer 3 is formed by thermally spraying an alloy contg. M (at least one among Fe, Co and Ni), Cr, Al and Y in a vacuum. As its comps., e.g. the one contg., by weight, 21% Cr, 18% Al, 0.5% Y, 32% Ni, and the balance Co is used. |
