PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notifying device that can perform an emergency notification even when a huge damage occurs by a disaster such as an earthquake and a line disconnection occurs. SOLUTION: A power supply part 7 supplies power to each part of a device from a commercial power source 9. When a power interruption of the commercial power source 9 is detected by a power interruption detection part 6, the power supply part 7 supplies power to each part of the device from a battery 8. When a line disconnection detection part 1 detects disconnection of the line and a sensor 5 detects an abnormality, a mode is transferred to a portable mode under control of a control part 4 and an emergency notification is performed from a radio part 3 incorporated in the notifying device. The device is a line capture part 2 for executing a connection to the line. |
